Yes. The car rental agency has the right to charge an extra fee if you return the car to a different location. Your rental voucher will clearly state whether the one-way trip charge is included as part of the rental price, along with any other additional charges incurred during the booking process.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The rental company\u2019s price per litre can be significantly higher than that of petrol stations. Unless otherwise stated, fuel charges can be paid at the rental desk.<\/p>\n
\u2013 If the car is not delivered full, you return the car with the same fuel you picked it up.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Confirmation of the reservation sent to you when booking the vehicle. You must have received it within 48 hours of requesting the booking and you must print a copy to present to the agent.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Check the terms and conditions set out by your chosen agent for any other necessary documentation or documents required.<\/p>\n

Only valid original driving licences are accepted by the rental agency. The driver\u2019s license is also required at the time of pick-up.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Cancellations can only be made in writing. In case of cancellation 30 days before the date of receipt there is a charge of 20% of the amount (15 days before 30%, 7 days before 50%, 1 day before 100% and Non Show 100%)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
We only show pictures of cars during the booking process to guide you. We cannot guarantee that the car shown as an example will be available at your rental agency. Since it is used as a driver, however, you should be given a vehicle of the same class that can hold an equal number of passengers and luggage. If the car rental agency does not provide you with a car with these specifications, you are entitled to a refund.
